N-Compass is currently engaged to provide Project Director services for this project which involves weather tightness remediation works to multiple buildings at Rangitoto College, which is the largest school in New Zealand. N-Compass is responsible for overall project delivery, stakeholder and financial management, and managing the Project Control Group framework.
We are currently managing various projects including the science block and the maths block, both of which involve multiple stages; and design works are being undertaken for the English block. There are still numerous buildings yet to be remediated (Library block, D block and gymnasium) and the programme of works at Rangitoto College is not expected to be complete until 2018.
Since N-Compass was engaged in 2011, numerous buildings at the school have been successfully remediated. These include:
- emergency works to the school gymnasium,
- emergency works to the auditorium
- administration, auditorium and music block remediation works
- Rangitoto Centre building remediation.
