Statistics NZ Building Christchurch

Following the devastating Christchurch earthquake in February 2011, the Statistics New Zealand Building in Madras Street sustained stuctural damage.

N-Compass Ltd was engaged to oversee the structural strengthening work required to enable the building to be reoccupied. As project managers, N-Compass was responsible for financial, timeline and contract management, overview of design, consents and construction, reporting to stake holders and providing specialist project management expertise.
